black background with white text covid-19 update

Following the Tri-County Health Department’s “Stay at Home” Public Health Order (the “Order”) issuing that as of 8:00 a.m. on March 26, 2020, all non-Essential Businesses should temporarily cease operations and that all restaurants and other facilities that prepare and serve food cease on-premises consumption, we expect all Park Meadows Mall tenants to comply.  The Mall’s interior common areas will cease operations, but we anticipate that food-use tenants may continue to operate for pick-up and delivery service, and public access to Essential Businesses will be permitted.  The Mall Walker Program is suspended until further notice.

The Order defines Essential Businesses and is linked here.

UPDATE:  On March 26, 2020, the Tri-County Health Department rescinded its “Stay at Home” Order to avoid confusion with the Governor of Colorado’s statewide Stay At Home Order, Executive Order D 2020 017.  Park Meadows is currently operating pursuant to all applicable government mandates.
